10. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Cancellation requests are subject to the cancellation policy displayed at the time of booking.
• No refunds will be provided for no-shows or after the applicable cancellation deadline.
• If a tour is cancelled by W Go-Kart Osaka due to weather, safety concerns, vehicle issues, or other circumstances under our control, customers will receive an appropriate refund or an alternative schedule.

Tours may be postponed, modified, or cancelled due to weather conditions, natural disasters, road closures, government restrictions, traffic conditions, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
